Wow! Well what a fab couple of weeks we've had. On the 25th August, we headed to Suffolk to sing at the incredible Folkeast Festival.  It was only the festival's second year and it's a brilliant little event. You should all definitely check it out next year! Jess headed up at the beginning of the week, to check it all out, and listen to the incredible line up, which included Jim Moray and Eliza Carthy's Wayward Tour, Demon Barbers XL, Sam Carter, The Copper Family and The Dhol Foundation.  Videos are going up and every now and then on our Youtube channel, so go see that here
We played on the smallest, but prettiest stage at the festival, the Soapbox stage. We had a really great little audience, and sold quite a few CDs, so we were really chuffed with how it went.

The following weekend, we headed over to Wallingford, in Oxfordshire, to play at the Bunkfest. We did tow 1 hour long sets in one day! It was pretty exhausting but a lot of fun. The first gig was in the Portcullis Club. When we arrived there were only six people there, so we were a little apprehensive, but the room soon filled and the crowd loved it! That evening, we played at the gorgeous Wallingford Corn Exchange, to open for Sarah McQuaid. Another really fun and successful gig, and we came away from the weekend with new fans (welcome! :D) and less CDs.  Check out our video here

The next week or two are busy ones for us, with a gig this Friday at the Hertford Corn Exchange, Woodfest, in Essex, on Saturday, and opening for Hannah James and Sam Sweeney on the 10th.  As usual, we'll film the exciting bits, and keep you updated on Facebook, Twitter, and, of course, on here.

Thanks to everyone who is a new fan, it's lovely to meet you and welcome you to our little adventure. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do, and see you again soon! :D

Tek care!
