Festive greetings everyone!

We have done our last gig of 2015, and what a brilliant way to end the year it was! We played the gorgeous Bristol Folk House alongside Susie Dobson and Hattie Briggs. The gig was organised by our friends at Bristol Folk Festival and really was a great gig to play!

Thank you so SO much to everyone who has hosted a gig we've played at, or come to see us play. Thank you to everyone who has bought a cd or pledged towards our new EP, and thanks to everyone who has played our tracks on their radio shows, or helped spread the word about our music! It really does mean so much to us and we wouldn't be doing any of this without you!

So 2016 looms, and we are really excited for it! In January we will be finally launching our new EP, Of Maids and Mariners, and we really can't wait for everyone to hear it! It has been a long, intense journey to bring it to you and we hope you all enjoy listening to it as much as we enjoyed making it. Next year we hope to continue to work in the studio and start putting together. our next album! We will keep you up dated on this but chances are it will be ready for release in early 2017. Also happening next year is, of course, The Company of Players, which kicks off in earnest in April, when we shall all be getting together for a week of writing. The project will be officially launched at Bristol Folk Festival, where we will also be heading back to the main stage to play as a trio. We are really hoping to spend summer doing a ton of festivals, as we did last year, and have already been confirmed for Cleckheaton festival on the first weekend in July.

We also forgot to announce the other week that, whilst we were at the Great British Folk Festival in Skegness, we were part of an audience vote, the winner of which got an automatic invite back to the festival next year, to play on the main stage. The audiences voted for their favourite introducing stage act of each day, and so three got invited back for being one of them! HUZZAH! We are really overwhelmed that we got the vote, as we were playing alongside some really incredible musicians! So thank you to everyone who was there that voted for us! We also did some amazing networking whilst we were there, and are going to be working with some very exciting people next year, and are in talks with them about some pretty awesome keep your eyes peeled!

We hope you all have a spiffing Christmas and a fabulous new year, and that we see some of your lovely faces at gigs next year. Remember, if you do come to see us play, be sure to come and say hi. We do love meeting you all.

Until next year!
